Our Story

MarcWigder-Boca-Raton-Chambers
The Greenhouse was born from a vision of responsible real estate development. In 2012, Marc Wigder acquired the property out of foreclosure and transformed what was largely a vacant complex into one of Boca Raton’s most vibrant office communities. This revitalization project demonstrated that sustainable practices and smart business decisions create lasting value for both tenants and the community.

Today, The Greenhouse serves as a hub for small businesses, entrepreneurs and growing companies throughout South Florida. On-site amenities, including The Greenhouse Café, allow teams to focus on their work without leaving campus.

The Greenhouse was built on a simple belief that businesses needed the right space to create big wins for Boca Raton. That commitment to sustainability, thoughtful growth and community continues to guide our work today.
